Coronavirus Pandemic – VelaLabs Remains Open

March 16, 2020: Due to the Coronavirus pandemic the Austrian government declared a variety of regulations, which severely impact not only our personal life but also working. However, we are pleased to announce that VelaLabs as all labs within the Tentamus group can remain open in accordance with these regulations at this time point.
In respect of Austrian regulations and WHO recommendations we are taking the following measures to protect the safety of employees and customers:

• Internal action plans to ensure high levels of hygiene and safety.
• Working from home, split shift times to reduce the risk of spread.
• Travel restrictions to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
• Limited personal contact with customers, suppliers, and visitors.

We will do everything in our power to ensure that in spite of these challenging measurements our customers can always rely in our services during the difficult times ahead. We will also keep our customers regularly informed in case any disruptions may occur.
