Your future responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for careful examination and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Additionally, you will handle bank statements an manage the dunning process.
• Intercompany reconciliation will also be a part of your responsibilities.
• As a certified accountant, you will be responsible for creating and submitting Intrastat reports on time.
• You will also handle expense reports, reconcile credit card statements with corresponding expenses.
• With your support, the annual budget creation will be ensured.
• You will assist in the accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial reports, as well as quarterly and annual financial statements.

What we expect from you:

• You have completed a commercial education.
• Additionally, you have successfully passed the certification examination for accounting.
• You have relevant professional experience in accounting.
• Ideally, you also possess knowledge in controlling.
• You feel confident working with MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• You have a strong affinity for numbers.
• You are fluent in both written and spoken German and Englisch, enabling smooth internal and external communications.
• You are a team player and enjoy working in a solution-oriented manner.
• You demonstrate independent, structured, and accurate work.

We offer an annual gross salary starting from 50.000 €. The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
