Markus Fido is Head of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Operations. He is also responsible for Finance & Controlling and Human Resources.

He was previously Head Quality Control at Igeneon/Aphton Biopharma where he was responsible for all QC aspects of pre-clinical and clinical projects such as stability studies, specifications, method validation, and product release. Before that he was Group Leader of Immunology and Product Development at Biomin GmbH, Head Biochemical Control at Baxter AG and Head Quality Operations at Octapharma GmbH. He has more than 15 years experience in pharmaceutical industry, with emphasis in vaccine development, recombinant proteins and immune therapeutics and has profound expertise in regulatory aspects such as third party audits, authority inspections and GMP guidelines. He has a management consulting education and holds a doctorate degree in chemistry/biochemistry from the Technical University of Graz, Austria.

Andreas Nechansky, Ph.D.

Andreas Nechansky is Head of Analytical Operations. He is also in charge of Business Development and Marketing.

He was previously Head Assay Development at Igeneon/Aphton Biopharma where he was responsible for the establishment and qualification of analytical test systems that support the pre-clinical and clinical product profiling. Before, he worked at renowned institutes such as the Novartis Research Institute in Vienna and The Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, USA. He received his PhD in Molecular Genetics from the University of Vienna and has more than 15 years experience in the fields of antibody characterization and the underlying immunology, allergy, oncology and pharmaceutical drug development.

Armin Franz, Stb.
Chief Financial Officer / Founder
Representative / Tax consultant

Armin Franz is responsible for Capital acquisition and responsible for Accounting, Tax consulting and Payroll.

He has 20 years experience in finance, controlling, tax consulting, accounting and consulting of different kind of enterprises, especially start up companies and fast growing entities. He is also a consultant partner of Auditreu tax consulting. Among other responsibilities he was board member with Auditreu affiliated with Arthur Anderson LLP, now in cooperation with Deloitte Touche. He holds a master degree in business administration from the University Vienna of Business Studies and Economics.
